Production

Situated in the province of Salamanca, the birthplace of “jamón ibérico”, the source of our work begins with our cattle breeding. Within an extensive regime of large meadows our pigs roam freely, grazing on pasture and grain whilst undergoing rigorous health inspections. Once they reach an ideal weight they are moved to our breeding grounds in the province of Badajoz to complete their feeding program consisting of acorns, roots and grasses.
